Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in managing MEP systems and infrastructure and 9+ years expericence on engineering systems in common. I started my career in 2016 while completing my Master’s degree, beginning as a design engineer and project coordinator, and I have since developed full-cycle expertise across design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.

Over nearly a decade with one company, I gained in-depth knowledge of construction processes, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory approvals. Vladivostok, Russia · 64,000 m² · Two 24‑story towers + 5‑story parking with commercial space

Managed end‑to‑end installation of MEP systems (heating, plumbing, water supply, sanitary sewer and stormwater),

including approval and implementation of modern engineering solutions.

- Reduced MEP costs by optimizing materials and phasing.
